Adults only
Accounts and entries are restricted to people aged 18 or over. We require an age confirmation at registration and checkout, and identity and age evidence before releasing any prize or payout.
Affordable participation
Account holders can set a personal monthly paid-entry limit from My Account. Account breaks and permanent self-exclusion are also available, and an active restriction blocks new entries.
Debit cards only
Credit cards are not accepted for any Fry Comps competition. All live card checkout remains locked until DNA Payments' card-type controls are configured to permit eligible debit cards and reject credit cards.
A genuine free route
Every paid chance-based competition will have a clearly displayed ordinary-post entry route before it opens. A valid postal entry is included on the same terms as a paid entry. For instant-win competitions, postal entries participate in the published instant-win allocation and any main draw on equivalent terms.
Published timings and fair draws
Each paid competition must show its closing time and scheduled draw time before checkout can open. The draw takes place after entries close and no more than seven days later, using the recorded, server-side random process explained on our How Our Draws Work page. Valid paid and postal tickets are combined in the same eligible pool.
Prize integrity
We publish the prize, entry limits, price, allocated ticket count and available prize evidence. Low ticket sales do not justify reducing an advertised prize. Any gift card or voucher offered as a prize will be valid for at least 12 months when issued.
Support and accountability
Results are retained in an auditable record and published in our Draw History. If something goes wrong, contact us through the support and complaints process. We aim to acknowledge formal complaints within five working days and issue a final response within eight weeks.
